In Saint Johns Arizona I have 36 Acres I can without any problem do a legal subdivision and end up with 30 - 1 acre lots. If I abide by the Local law that states that a single family residence is 1 family or not more than 5 non blood relatives. What does this mean? What can I build? 30 Acres X 5 non blood relatives is 150 Rooms on 36 acres.
