Everything written on this matter is in the works and pertains to construction projects planned for  Beautiful Salado Arizona That is North East Arizona, Several Projects are Planned in Arizona and we are looking in Oregon for a larger portion of land for another project soon ...

Phase-1 We need 20-30 student/workers for this Unique Career Opportunity. Students Must Be in Tip Top Physical Condition. Students are required to run the mile in less than 7 minutes, lift a specific amount of weight etc.

We are looking for leaders, next years teachers, this is a 4 year construction course We plan to create top notch Contractors / Developers / Leaders in the Construction Industry. The School will need an additional 20 - 40 Students, 3-6 months after this program starts. Then Hopefully as soon as 1 Year after the first project starts, we will need 200-300 more student/workers. Being able to find a turn key Construction Company with design ideas in a Community is an important amenity for quality community growth. A quality Contruction Company builds a quality community.

ConstructionSchool.Org is critical to being able to Build The FreedomProjects.Com. Reason-1 We Need Team Power. Remote areas lack skilled man power. There is not a construction company or companies in the area big enough or skilled enough to do the job. Reason-2 We Need Skilled Workers Most Construction Workers do not go to School to learn construction so it takes longer to develop quality skills and many only specialize in one trade and never learn enough. They learn from other people on the job so they all learn a different way of doing things and almost never use Team Power. Because we will use Team Power we will excell in all areas. Reason-3 Quality Control The Quality of Finished Product we plan to require is not used on typical housing projects so we already know we can not build these projects without trained persons learning the Beverly Hills Syles of doing things. Reason-3 We Need New and Very Unique Construction Products Like Electric Windows for Homes. Dormers Built in Shops not on roof tops so they can be more ornate and then be hoisted up onto the roof top so we can produce a nicer product in less time and ship custom dormers to other areas. Building Dormers on Roof Tops is Stupid! Hard! Dangerous! Time Consuming! Since Dormers add so much beauty to structures we want lots of them fast ASAP >>> Get Er Done! Building Custom Dormers on the ground will save 80% on Labor. We can build them steeper with roof attached with metal eye on top for hoisting it. The Rust Proof Brass Metal Round Eye will Stays for added detail and we will Put a Glass Colored Jewel In It to light up in the Sunlight and reflect light beams etc Bla Bla Bla ... Reason-4 Attendance Reliability. If they do not leave the project daily they will not have any excuse for being late for work or not showing up. How about saving $500 Per Month on Gasoline not needing to drive? This Opportunity does not require that student/workers own cars. Our Company will have Vans to be shared.

Student Housing
The Students Will Get Free Room, Board, Food, Education, Compensation and Even Housing To Own in the 4Th Year of The Course. The Idea is to make this an adventure worth watching on the Internet. A Media Production Moment. A Memorable Growth Period for some very lucky kids needing to start out in life out of High School or finish it here at The Freedom Projects ..

One Plan we are looking at is to Remodel Custom Old School Buses to include private sleep chambers. Refrigerator, Bathroom, Shower. Climb outside and warm yourself by the campfire at times the Students might be camping out. We will broadcast live on the internet, o this needs to be fancy and unique. Old School Buses Custom Built by the Students as a Project, Is the best idea for an interesting backdrop. This will be like a survivors show but much more productive and educational.


These Construction workers will wear uniforms and be Video taped for Educational Videos. To be sold to Distributers. The Videos will be made and upgraded periodically until we have a library full and a Money Making Business that shares back the profits to the Students. To learn by watching is the best way. Videos from the first phase will be used to teach the second phase Students. Fantasia Arizona will be the Big Project that should employ 40-60+ Students for several Years and easily could run 4 years.

Student Compensation 
The students goal is to work hard enough and gather enough labor credits to build their own place, in the 4th year of training. Student receives labor credits based on Production of Construction Projects. 4TH Year Graduates Build their own paid in full dwelling.

Compensation Programs (Bank) Sq Ft Credits for Students. (Sq Ft Credits)  Are Based on Production of Finished Real-Estate / Product Produced. The Program has an investor pay for the Students Housing, allowance and food in exchange for labor. Students are required to work up to 40 hours a week in construction related training and projects.

When the Students Produce Product / Housing, they receive credits based on what is complete. Most credits are accumulated by Construction Teams. The Teams, average credit gains, get distributed evenly to all team members. These credits are exchangeable for Money and Square Footage of Real-Estate. The Students Labor Hours are documented and used to get a Building Contractors License in the 4th year. The School will teach Construction from Idea to Certificate of Occupancy. Hands on training in all construction fields from the ground up. Something should motivate a student to excel, in this case let it be the dream of owning a nice paid off Condo / Apartment or their choice of Dwelling Types, in a Community they helped build somewhere.

Students Compensation Rate Goes Up Fast. Student Labor Hour (Credits) are dispersed as follows: (20% School for Teaching and Insurance) / (45% Sponsor with a 100% Gain Cap) / (35% Student with a 30% increase after Sponsor is Paid 100% Gain) After the Sponsor has reached their 100% Gain the over run of labor Credits goes to the School at 35% and Student at 65% . The Parent could be the investor funding the project for their own child Student.

If a students labor value is  $10.00 per hr then the student gains $560.00 in labor and material credits per month. In one year that is $6,720.00 or  134 sq ft of floor space at $50.00 per sq ft. The actual build cost to a student will be around $35.00 and maybe even less. So in one year it could equal 192 sq ft. In the 2nd or 3rd year a student should be able to average this.  $11.11 Per Hr is the Labor value a Student must maintain to pay the Sponsor their 100% Gain. 

The Team Construction School will Teach Team Work in many projects that the world does not consider team work and thus will produce at a faster rate. Sq Footage... If Students Produce more then they get paid more, according to Pre Calculated Industry Standards, wage Values can be Calculated, a Student can do their own research, find out what the value of Sq Footages of Installed Construction Product is, and calculate their own labor value, it is no Secret.

A Student must maintain a production value.  If a Students Labor Value is $10.00 per hour for 160 hours a month  this = $1,600.00 worth of Dollar Labor Credits. The Investor  / Sponsor gets 45% or $720.00. The School Gets 20% or $320.00 and the Student Gets 35% or $560.00 Labor Hour Credits. The Student can use up to 25% of their monthly gains for a paid allowance, the balance must go towards their housing credits. A Student should be at a $12.00 + per hr value in the 2nd year and hopefully $14.00 + in the 3rd year... Student Labor Value is based on Construction values of completed sq ft of construction product in the Schooling area, Saint Johns is lower than Phoenix. A 4th year Students Value should be $18.00+ to an employer, to themselves as a direct labor to consumer supplier $25.00+ per hr. Saint Johns Rates.

Construction Teams build their own Structures so their labor cost is reduced allowing for a greater gain for the student in buying power when building their own place...  And after the 4th Year of Training a Student could get a job for $35.00 to $50.00 per hr+. As a Builder / Contractor
 
Show me a 4 year program that provides room, board, education and a place to live for free when 4 years is complete.

No labor hour credits are accumulated in the first 6 months of training. This is the pre training and trial period.  Where does the labor credit go? As for the possibility of needing to calculate how much time is wasted in the training of students and what it costs, or needing to calculate the potential value of the student and what they are producing. I decided to keep it simple. The Labor credits in the first 6 months go to the school to pay for teaching and project management, both of which will cost more in the begining of the Schools Growth. This will be added insurance for getting the School off to a strong start, the funds will be used to buy anything that may be needed to supply the Student with tools. 

Estimated Student Food and Housing Costs The idea is to keep the feeding, room and board cost low , it must have a cap, for now, it is $400.00 per mo. / Dorm housing in Trailers, Until The next best suitable Housing Structure is built.

Sponsor Compensation
Giving investors incentive to invest is an important part of the success of this project. A 100% profit gain cap is also important to keep a balance of reward between Sponsor and Student . If a person pays to sponsor a student $400.00 per month then the person is compensated with 800.00 per mo in labor value.

If a Sponsor pays $400.00 per month, they receive back up to $800.00 in Labor Credits as compensation. Looks High Probably will be adjusted to less than 100%.

The Student Sponsor / Investor Pays for Students Food and Housing and receives labor to build at a reduced rate. For example if it costs 80.00 a sq ft before student labor it might cost an investor $60.00 a sq ft after the student sponsorship program. Subtract the materials from the Project Total and if a Sponsor hires mostly Student Labor then he can cut the labor cost in almost half. What Percentage is Materials? 25% Is Safe... So what does this mean? If a home costs $100,000 then $25,000 is Materials and $75,000 is labor. If an investor hired all Student Labor then he could reduce his cost by $37,500 minus the costs for Professional Labor. So if I were to guess I would say a 30% reduction in costs of building. Construction Teachers Compensation
Consruction Teachers (Skilled Trade Labor Professionals) A highly skilled worker that demonstrates the trade secrets and works with the students. Must have all tools and be well organized in his trade. Paid by Student Labor Hours and by the Projects. Teachers are paid from the construction funding as Construction Workers, Forman, Supervisors. In addition to Construction Funding / 15% of Student Labor Hours are Transferred to pay for Construction Teachers.

Highly Qualified Trades Specialists will train the Students / Drafting, Business Bookkeeping, Building and Planning Coordination, Concrete, Plumbing, Electrical, Woodworking, Cabinets, Doors, Drywall, Painting, Finishes, Landscaping, Etc. Construction Teachers will cost more to import into the area to help start the building of this project and to teach after hours, so I created a 2 way funding source for professional teacher quality persons. (A) Project Funded (B) Student Funded / Labor = $ to pay teachers. In the beginning each teacher will have one qualified teachers aid. Both hired from the city, but in the second year some  of the teachers aids may be replaced by students, this is the program.

Labor Rates for Teachers Start at $30.00 Per Hr and is not Guaranteed. Continuing employment will depend on performance and teaching skills. All Teachers will be on Trial for a period... Attitude is critical. The Teacher will be under partial supervision by the School Supervisor and will be required to alter his ways of teaching and doing things to the Standards of the School and not his own. Team Work is a different Program than what the world does, so many Teachers may need to alter their normal city programs, to Team Standards. Stats on methods will be kept, and the best ways will be discovered and implemented. Some Teachers will have longer terms of employment because talents like woodworking take years of training to learn and perfect. Woodworking and Millwork, Welding and Metal Work.

Restrictions School Policies
Horse Playing and Property Damage: Horse Playing and roughing up your fellow students is forbidden. Causing Property Damage to projects due to playing rough is Not! Allowed... No loud, negative or mean sounding music at the projects. No Violent Entertainment.

Students will be required to attend night school classes. Some trainings will be requested training from a supervisor and some may just be student curiosity. Learning how to do things in Construction, in the Shops at night. Anything from Painting to custom windows and curved moldings and everything in between. A Contractor that did it all is rare, this School will teach it all, for those that go the full 4 year program, these will become top notch General contractors. Industry Professionals.

About Staying in Shape... Exercise Program... All Students will be required to join work out programs designed to keep all students in tip top physical shape.

About Getting in Shape... Pure Tuna Type quality protein mixed with raw vegetables like celery, will give more power to the muscles in the long run, be sure to balance carbohydrates with Protein. Start off fast then slow down to a comfortable pace to finish the mile. Drink lots of water the day before and 1 hour prior to running. It may take 2 weeks of conditioning to cut 1 minute off your mile so be patient. Teachers will also be required to excersize and they can not drink alcohol except on Friday after work or Saturday. Alcohol makes people lazy period! End of story.  Meth is forbidden in construction.  Want Great Pay? Obey ... Teachers are employeed by the company and can be fired for non compliance.

Other Student Requirements / Info... A Mechanical Aptitude Test and written tests will be required as well as the Physical Training Test. Math, Algebra and Geometry, Etc... The written and aptitude tests are intended to see how much training a person may need, a high score is not important, the tests will determine what night training a student will be required to take... #1 Most important things are Strength, a Healthy Body, Speed, Agility,  Hand to eye coordination and Attitude... Staying Focused and Interested and Dedicated.  Getting Dirty, Learning Construction Skills must be a Students Interest. Previous experience is not needed. 

Letter to School Each Student is required to write a letter explaining. Why do you want to go to this School and Why do you think you should be picked. The Letter must be hand written by the student... Length 1 Paragraph Minimum. This will help the School to know the Students writing and communication skills, penmanship and Communication is important...

Absolutely no Smoking / Drugs / Alcohol.  Weekends and Group Activities will be discussed coming soon ...

Funding Construction Projects
Funding Construction Projects The first construction project might be a Large Community Barn so construction can continue tthrough winter, to be used as a Construction Shop to produce Trusses, Doors, Windows, Wood And Concrete  Moldings, Hardware, etc. Also to be used as a construction office. With Upstairs Temporary Dorms. This would be the first structure the students build, it will be used temporarily as a Multi Purpose Fancy Barn community building for construction operations and Housing. This building is being built from the Funding pool building the Project. Part of the Project is to have 24/7 Hobby and Craft Shops that are used in the daytime to manufacture construction products. This building will become one of the Crafting and Music Practice Headquarters, for the Project After Construction is complete... Maybe all ideas still.

Misc / Safety
If the Students Parents invest in the Property and sponsor their own child, they insure a Quality life and Job Security for their child. This is the best way if the investor is the Child Parent Sponsor Union. The Student will be able to pay back the parent after the Construction Company is established and they are employed in the area.

No other work can create the same thrill of accomplishment than in useful Product Manufacturing. Building something beautiful a person can use to organize and relax into. A Beautiful Place to live. To be the Creator of beautiful Real-Estate is one of the most spiritually fulfilling talents to have.  But to create it and not be a part of it when it is complete wears on the creator after a while, that is what happened to me...
