I am writing this in Saint Johns Arizona. No restaurant in this area cost more than $100,000 to build, Saint Johns does not have a nice restaurant in the area... This is just one reason the property values are so low and why we have so much poverty in the area... People with money don't like Saint Johns, if I had no vision for the area I also would have never invested in the area... One nice place to go will transform the area and raise everyones property values. This will stimulate new interest in the area, and provide more construction jobs for the local kids.
