Vitamins If I did not eat Vitamins with Amino Acids I never could have done half of what I have done. I feel sorry for people who do not know what works. One a day vitamins are not strong enough to notice neither is centrum.

Alzheimers I am positive Alzheimers is caused by malnutrition and caffeine use more than any other 2 things. As a matter of fact I decided at age 48 to start framing condos and custom homes because framing was all that was going on in some rural areas. After a couple of days I could not talk fast started slurring my words and it did not matter how many vitamins I took or fish protein I was eating. I needed an Amino Acid Complex. So now I always eat Amino Acid Complex and even specific Amino Acids like L-Carnitine and l-Glutamine. As soon as I added amino acids to my diet I was fine. As a matter of fact I have been known to drive myself crazy by thinking too much and talking too much because of eating too many aminos. Alzheimers is caused by malnutrition and caffeine more than any other 2 things. I am positive that I can get old farts talking again. I just dont have Faith in people anymore. Because they always want to ask their Doctors Opinion like it is dangerous. Oh but what kind of designer drugs do they give us? Doctors can not make money off of healthy people so good luck. I have gotten the worst advice I ever got from Doctors. This doctor told me it did not really matter that much what kind of foods we eat because everything gets broken down into sugars anyway. Teeth I never went back to the dentist after the first time because an assistant started poking holes in my teeth with a poker. Poking holes in the top layers of my mollers. I could feel it the holes would be So I have all my teeth with almost no damage at Age 51. Because I did not go to the Dentist and I eat lots of Mineral Complex Vitamis. Chlorine Bleach In Our Water - In White Bread - In White Sugar... In 2007 I ate some candy from a Gas station. It was those tasty fake orange slices with a white crunchy crystal sugar coating. After a couple of pieces I noticed My Teeth Started Hurting Bad, all my teeth! and I realized that the crystals of dried chlorine Bleach was eating my teeth fast! My teeth hurt for over 1 month. I noticed in Phoenix Arizona and other places that Soda Fountains come with lots of Chlorine. So I decided that I would do an experiment on an animal and blame the Government for how it turns out. Also I want to encourage people to care more about people first. There is lots of Chlorine in the Coca Cola = Causes Burns to the skin = errodes the flesh like acid! I got one drop of Chlorine Bleach on my arm and went to bed not knowing it had splashed on to me doing laundry. So I woke in the moring with what appeared to be A Cigarette Burn On My Arm! I got the same thing you would get if you hold a Cigarette to your skin for 30-60 seconds. It says on the bottle causes burns! Do you think it could be dangerous to eat Chlorine Crystals And Drink Chlorine Juice? Too much Sugar is a cause of many problems.

Caffeine This does not happen to everyone but it happens to many of Us. Caffeine makes me go blind every time I use it. Reading Glasses also make me go blind by over correcting my vision. Caffeine not only destroys my vision in a matter of 3-4 days it also dries out my skin so bad my forehead starts to feel like paper with bumps all over it. I see people giving kids Coca Cola in Baby Bottles, that should be illegal. I also see kids with reading glasses very young how sad. How can a doctor tell if a kid eyes are bad if the kid is too young to talk? In Big Spirit City All Caffeine Products by law must come with a warning label. Warning The Government has determined that Caffeine dehydrates the body. The Government will not even give fire fighters Caffeine. Wild Land Fire Fighters get fed good but never get Caffeine. Is it illegal? Anyway Caffeine Ages the body fast and dries out the skin faster in some people than others. So like many other things Caffeine is not dangerous for some people and very dangerous for others. Do you need reading glasses? Do you drink Caffeine? There is a connection. If Going Blind is Dangerous then Caffeine is Dangerous... For some people like me. My chest started hurting from tea with non dairy creamers. I stopped the non dairy creamers and the pain stopped.
