This chart represents a $100 portion of a large cash flow. In an actual real development project case a $30,000 per month is needed to fund the building of a $4,500,000 Resort Near a Lake in Arizona.
There are many reasons why this crazy formula can work.
A) A $30,000 per month cash flow can secure a note for $4,500,000 at 8% Interest Only. But with development the cash flow is not needed until money is borrowed. This means that the project collects more money than it needs in the first 12 to 18 months of construction. Allowing the developers to pay cash for many things reducing the amount needed for financing the project.
B) After development projects are built they are worth more money. Land Developers and Builders are some of the richest people on earth. Nice Resort Development Projects have the potential to make more money in profits than any other type of Real-Estate and since they are usually large multi unit projects developers are able to increase
300 partners get paid $2100 every 6 months = $630,000 X 4 - 6 month periods over a 24 month project = $2,520,000
The $4,500,000 theme resort in this case would have 25 vacation units after it is built and have an estimated high retail value of. $18,750,000
Subtract the build cost of $4.5M from $18.75M and we get $14.25M left over. Now if we subtract the $2,520,000 we paid to the partners we have a potential profit of $11,730,000 left over.
Why a resort is worth so much can be explained also a story coming.
OK So what might not be obvious is that the partner team is gauranteing payment of a loan by making payments every month. So there could be another team of people out for the $11,000,000 in profit who buy the project from the first team after 24 months so they can resell it for a profit. This second team of people can be found over a period of 24 months. The project can be sold to secong level partners from models produced in the first 6 month period. Selling the project could happen in a couple of months after the project is ready to sell. Basically Realtors or any investor could pick up units for what would be considered or look like a loss. Units worth $15,000 per week would need to sell for approx $3,750 to pay the partners the $2,520,000.
The partners could continue to pay for the resort until it sell for more money increasing the APR Gains to over 1200% APR.
Today places like Phoenix Arizona are crowded and very hot in the summer this resort is near a full service very usable lake in a perfect climate for summer. I saw a 4 unit resort custom home sell in one weekend that I helped build www.HiddenMeadow.Com This resort although it is in the trees is not close to a lake and will never have the amenities our resort will have. I work with artistic builders / people in the entertainment business. Malibu Beverly Hills Etc.
Many custom homes are now costing over $750,000 per bedroom even in Phoenix Arizona area. So buying a unit at a resort with millions in nice amenities outside the door does not look like a bad deal.
The 12 month APR Chart/Graph will show us that the company can pay higher gains on money by paying gains more often. There is a formula for success in this area of interest and I believe this is it unfolding. An education worth more than 4 years in college.
I thought of finding a rich person to help us sell this project. The Team pays everything the rich person pays nothing. I know it does not make sense. But a rich person can make $1M or even $5M and not pay out any money with this system so they could Gaurantee that this system will work.
