OK So if 5000 people pay $1 One Dollar per month they can pay for something worth $1,000,000 / One Million Dollars.
With $1,000,000 a Developer can build a 40,000 sq ft building at $25 per square foot. 5000 people would have 8 sq ft to stand on. Big buildings with big rooms cost less to build per square foot.
