Ok So i got lucky. Not nearly as Lucky as some people!

Here is another Raw Land Deal I recently completed. I think I made over 500% APR Gains. I bought 3 Acres of Subdivided 1 Acre Lots with a View of Lyman Lake. Listed at $12,000. I offered full price. I put down $1500 and made payments for about 12 months for $167.50. About a Year Later I sold the 3 Acres. For $23,000 Minus Closing costs down payment and monthly payments etc. I Paid out about $3300 over 12 Months. and made about $10,500 Profit. That is somewhere around 500% APR Gains.

Unforunately since we are having an economic problem in America many lenders are scared to lend. It is not impossible to get loans especially if we make lenders feel safe and there is a way to do it. Anyway most of our problems are due to not using team power when building businesses and buying real estate. Today even though it looks bad we still have opportunities to be able to easily afford a life. For example. Today we have land that rich people agree is worth $1000,0000 per acre and $500,000 per acre. Supposedly this is the place to own. Undeveloped raw land in the proper area can become a new affordable community. One important thing I am tallking about is that this idea I am starting to explain is the best way to prosper. Used by rich developers.
